Tourism Nanaimo Conference Incentive
Book and host your meeting or conference in Nanaimo and actualize 400+ room nights to receive up to $10,000 credited to your group’s master account.
This incentive is designed to support your bottom line while rewarding you for bringing business to the destination. Credits are based on total room nights consumed (not contracted) and apply to new bookings only.

Looking to rotate your conference through multiple BC destinations? Nanaimo is part of Outside the Box BC, a collaborative initiative between Tourism Nanaimo, Tourism Kamloops, and Meet in Penticton.
Submit one RFP and it’s shared with all three destinations streamlining your sourcing process and saving you time.
As part of the incentive, qualified planners who book a meeting or conference in all three destinations within five years receive $10.00 per room night actualized. This is a planner incentive and does not need to be the same program in each city though it can be.
