Tourism Nanaimo Conference Incentive

Book and host your meeting or conference in Nanaimo and you may be eligible for the following incentive:

• 200–299 room nights: $10 per room night
• 300–399 room nights: $17.50 per room night
• 400+ room nights: $25 per room night
• Up to a maximum of $10,000

Outside the Box BC Incentive

Outside the Box BC is a collaborative partnership between Tourism Nanaimo, Tourism Kamloops, and Travel Penticton—three vibrant and unique meeting destinations that offer an alternative to the ordinary. As part of our incentive program, qualified planners who book a meeting or conference all 3 of our destinations within 5 years they will receive $10 back per room night actualized. This is a planner incentive, so it does not have to be the same program in each destination, but it can be!
