Bowen Park (Park and Trail)

Nanaimo’s premier destination park features multiple trails of various types set within original growth forest and running alongside the Millstone River. Approximate distance from one end of the park to the other is 3 km parking lot off Wall St to Bowen West Field). Follow the salmon-habitat trail to the waterfall, or visit the quiet duck pond where turtles can sometimes be seen sunning themselves on logs.
