Nanaimo Visitor Centre

Nanaimo Visitor Centre is located inside the Vancouver Island Conference Centre at 101 Gordon Street with a dedicated entrance opposite the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.

Stop in, call or email for help and advice about where to stay, what to see and must do activities while you are in Nanaimo.

Opening hours – Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm (Hours may adjust in the summer)

Advice and recommendations for things to do, where to stay, places to eat, activities
Booking assistance
Service available in French
Remote assistance via email and phone. Information can be mailed out upon request.
Parking is free for 2 hours in the Conference Centre Parkade in stalls marked “VICC Retail Only’.
