NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Tourism Nanaimo Society will be held at the following date and location:
- Date: Tuesday, March 21, 2023
- Location: Nanaimo Golf Club, 2800 Highland Boulevard, Nanaimo, BC V9S 3N8
- Time: 4pm
This meeting is called for the purposes of:
- Receiving the financial statements of the Tourism Nanaimo Society for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2022
Voting Authorization:
One individual at the AGM, who will have been granted authority to be the voting representative of the relevant member as follows:
(a) City of Nanaimo, and
(b) Tourism Stakeholders: shall be restricted to Snuneymuxw First Nation, Nanaimo Hospitality Association, Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, Vancouver Island University and Nanaimo Airport Authority.
Immediately following the AGM, will be a Tourism Tuesday reception where marketing successes for 2022 and plans for 2023 will be shared.
All Tourism Stakeholders are welcome to attend the AGM and Tourism Tuesday event. Please register if you plan to attend.
