DESCRIPTION:Y Mind Youth Pride is a free virtual program for anyone in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community ages 18-30 who would like to learn practical ways to deal with anxiety and stress. \n\n\n\nThis group starts Feb. 12th and runs for 7 weeks on Zoom with the same participants each week and a facilitator who is part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
