Originally launched as Food Truck Fridays, the concept grew into a larger, more intentional festival designed to support both vendors and attendees.Each event features a carefully curated lineup of rotating food trucks with little to no cuisine overlap, blending well-known favorites with new and emerging vendors. Our recent addition of a north location for Saturday events makes it even easier for weekday workers and weekend explorers to enjoy a vibrant food truck festival. Some dates even feature live entertainment to enhance the experience.Founded on the belief that food trucks should be valued as an attraction at events—not just a way to fund it—our mission is to create vendor-focused festivals that prioritize fair vendor fees, well-planned layouts, and strong promotion for every truck, ensuring a great experience for both vendors and visitors.Strait Curbside is all about great food, great vendors, and a festival experience where food trucks take center stage.
