Friday August 8 – Sunday August 10, 2025. Nanaimo Blues Festival has some blues for everyone – from R&B, boogie-woogie, blues-rock, to Chicago blues, jump blues, soul & gospel and so much more. Enjoy and dance to the blues in Nanaimo’s scenic Inner Harbour and feel the oceanside breeze and good island vibes!
This year’s blues line-up includes Lee Oskar & Friends, Vanessa Collier, Coco Montoya, Shakura S’Aida, Rick Estin & The Nightcats, Tanika Charles, Lindsay Beaver, Angel Forrest, George Leach, Ruzz Evan’s Blues Revue and more! The popular Sunday soul & gospel hour are returning and we dare you to keep your feet still. Food trucks, vendors and refreshments are on site. Bring your chair or rent one on site. Come celebrate summer and dancing with the blues community and remember the blues makes you feel so good!
