From August 22 to 31 2025, 11 local artists will share their passion, inspiration and their joyful recent artwork. Approximately 70 paintings will be displayed in the beautiful Ladysmith Art Gallery, located downtown Ladysmith.   The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. everyday. Paintings range in size and styles, with small paintings as well as artists cards are part of the show.

Artwork from Sylvie Bart, Sarah Boileau, Trudy Broadley, Maureen Coles, Janice Evans,  Halina Grzyb, Zann Hemphill, Charlotte Mougeot, Catherine Taron, and Eileen Williamson will be displayed. All these artists have had their work shown in galleries on the island and in the Vancouver area  before. Many have won awards for their artwork at various juried shows in the past few years.

These  artists are companions on a journey of discovery, with a continual exploration of their preferred medium. This group shares a love of art, shares the joy of connecting with the world around them
