Co-Regulation for Neurodivergent Families: Calming Chaos, Building Connection

November 19 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

$45

November 19 @ 6:00 pm 7:30 pm

Join local psychiatric nurse and author May Sosa, founder of Stories Without Labels, for a gentle, practical evening designed to help parents, caregivers, and educators support neurodivergent children with calm and confidence.

This interactive workshop introduces simple, science-based tools that help families understand emotional overwhelm and build stronger connections through co-regulation the process of calming together rather than correcting behaviour.

You’ll leave with practical strategies to use at home, in classrooms, or in therapy settings, along with a deeper understanding of how emotional safety supports growth and connection.

This event is part of a new community initiative to make neurodiversity-affirming education accessible to families across Vancouver Island.
